Q: My certificate hasn’t been emailed to me, when will I receive it?
A: Certificates are not emailed, you only receive a confirmation email that you completed the course. Once complete you will see your certificate on the “Completed Courses & Certificate” tab of the “My Courses” page. Once clicked, you will be able to save/view a PDF certificate.

Q: How do I receive my certificate?
A: Once all courses lessons are complete you will see your certificate on the “Completed Courses & Certificate” tab of the “My Courses” page. Once clicked, you will be able to save/view a PDF certificate.

Q: I passed the exam but the course still says it’s not done yet
A: Our courses are deemed “completed” once you have marked each course lesson as complete and passed the final exam with a passing grade. All course lessons, including the initial ”Course Outline” must be marked completed by you. Ensure all course lessons are complete and you will see your certificate on the “Completed Courses & Certificate” tab of the “My Courses” page.

Q: I failed, what now?
A: If you didn’t happen to pass the exam on your first attempt, you can always enter the final exam lesson again and click the “Reset” button to take it again and clear your previous grade.

Q: I’ve paid for my course, where is it?
A: Once you’ve purchased your course, login to your account and click on My Courses to view your purchased & active courses.

Q: is there a time limit that the course needs to be completed?
A: Nope! Once you purchase a course, you have any amount of time you need to complete it. What’s more, even after you complete your course and download your certificate, you can always log back in and review the course materials at any time.
